CaptureRx Notifies Patients of Data Breach

The privacy of our patients is paramount to our mission at Westside Family Healthcare. Recently, CaptureRx, a Westside Family Healthcare pharmacy partner, notified Westside of a data breach at their organization that involved our patients. CaptureRx will be notifying any Westside patients by mail if they were involved. The notice and more information can be found here.

As part of our ongoing commitment to our patients, CaptureRx is required to notify us of the steps they are taking to ensure they are properly safeguarding Westside Family Healthcare patient information in the future.

Anyone with concerns can call the CaptureRx dedicated service line toll free at 855-654-0919. The line is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
